Ask SolayoWeek 24 · 2nd trimester
Abeg, which food go help my blood level?
Good question, mama. Iron-rich foods help: ugwu and spinach, beans, liver, fish and eggs. Eat them with oranges or pawpaw so your body absorbs the iron better. Keep taking the supplements your clinic gave you.
If you feel very tired, dizzy or short of breath, tell your clinic soon.
